What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at Homegrown Hospitality?
We are currently looking for hardworking, knowledgeable and efficient line cooks to add to our growing back of house restaurant team. This role is responsible for the following:
· Cooking to temperature and spec all food on the line stations, while helping assist other kitchen line and prep stations as needed
· Restocking and cleaning station for proper execution
· Cleaning station, labeling prepped food and open food items, storing at proper temperatures per DHEC standards
· Plating food to quality spec and delivering it to the expo window in a fast and efficient manner, working in conjunction with other station line cooks.
· Teamwork with co-workers, adding to a culture of fun, and attendance of staff meetings
