See Yourself as a Client Relations Specialist Responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and ensuring that the products being ordered are delivered on time. Regular and proactive communication with clients discussing any issues/delays with products and effectively relaying to business leaders. Proactively identifying errors and potential issues and working to find solutions; this may be done independently or as a team. Maintain a clear understanding of clients contractual requirements and actively manage customer expectations to ensure maximum satisfaction with products and services. Assist the Quality Control and Fulfillment teams by expediting any and all questions, escalations and concerns regarding their assigned orders. Answer phones and respond to client requests via phone and email; including providing product and service information. See the Job Specifications Knowledge: Experience in the use of Microsoft products, data processing and web related research. One year of real estate experience preferred. Skills and Abilities: Self-motivated with ability to effectively and proactively manage multiple tasks in multiple systems with tight deadlines. Customer service in a production driven environment with expertise in resolving customer issues. Ability to prioritize and multi-task, and escalate as appropriate. Strong ability to solve problems and attention to detail. Comfortable in a fast paced and evolving environment. Understanding of real estate valuation products and real estate terminology. Strong, articulate and professional communication skills both written and verbal.
