For a busy small-sized property management company located in Buena Park, CA.

Duties include accounting and misc. clerical work, resolve tenant complaints, ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely manner. Coordinate jobs with the handyman.

Candidate must have the ability to multitask, have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Credit and criminal background check are required.

Experience with Microsoft office 365 is plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
