To get where we’re going, we need three passionate Product Analyst to work with our Senior Product Owners who each lead an eCommerce P&L (Contracts, Hive and New Boilers) to create products our customer love. You’ll collaborate with other Product Analysts in the Discovery & eCommerce towers, the CMS Managers and Digital Analysts. You’ll be working as part of a squad to deliver best-in-class conversion rate and optimisation activity. This is a great opportunity for someone who's passionate about customer experience and analysis to get onto the first rung of the product ownership ladder. You will: Enjoy working with data to understand performance and work with the Product Owners to provide data/analysis to optimise the performance of the product Work with stakeholders to understand the technical output needed to develop new features Collaborate with squad members, including developers and designers, to write user stories & acceptance criteria Work with Commercial & the Digital Chapters to deliver solutions are scalable, flexible and designed to be built once but used repeatedly Review competitor strategies and new solutions, assess potential partnerships or competitive threats Contribute to the standardisation and simplification agenda – working closely with the squads, Product Owners & Delivery Managers to identify opportunities to adopt common technologies, frameworks & practices You’ll bring: Highly analytical with some experience in a role of an analytical nature Confident in understanding and articulating the needs of different stakeholders Great stakeholder management and communication skills A proactive approach with a naturally curious mindset A technical mindset would be advantageous, specifically a knowledge of front end development Performance focused, comfortable with uncertainty and ability to rapidly switch focus Strong sense of ownership and personal responsibility for driving commercial performance of digital channels Passion and a willingness to challenge and push for what you think is right A genuine enthusiasm for problem solving and product development Note: The Product Team will be asked to work in a collaborative space around once a week in our Central London office. #LI-BGAS At Centrica we embrace diversity and actively seek to attract individuals with unique backgrounds and perspectives.
