Holston Home Care is currently seeking an experienced caregiver with a minimum of 5 years experience. Responsibilities will include Meal Prep, Medication Reminders, Dementia Care Experience, Help with Transfers, Assist with Personal Care. Fall Risk.

Schedule will be set for 3 days a week at 12 hours each day with the option of picking up additional hours if needed. current - Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday's. You may be ask to fill in on other days if needed.

Care Recipient weighs 180 pounds, must be able to assist with walking, transferring.
