Kuni BMW is currently looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team in Beaverton, OR.

Starting Pay: $18/hr

What will you do?

Our Sales Assistant/Portfolio Coordinator is responsible for using a consultative, customer-focused approach to assist customers with their lease-end process and loan maturities and maintaining our loyal portfolio of existing lease and loan accounts performing the following duties:

• Communicate effectively and meet with guests via phone, email, and in person
• Interact effectively with our off-site Portfolio Management team and assist in coordinating in-store efforts to follow up on their contacts
• Build relationships with existing customers, with enhanced communication beginning at least 6 months prior to the end of their lease and throughout their loan
• Explain lease return process to customer to ensure that all components are clear and understood
• Create compelling proposals to retain customers with the brand and Kuni BMW
• Offer upgrade opportunities and trade appraisals to our Service customers during their visits
• Maintain accurate records related to the Lease/Loan Portfolio across CRM and various other systems as needed
• Completes all paperwork and arranges for return of vehicle
• Assist Pre-Owned Sales Manager with Lease-End tasks
• Attends/completes required training and department meetings
• Various administrative tasks including various reporting elements that will be completed on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to support our overall portfolio and sales activity efforts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
