Facilitate existing classes that support our core proficiencies in classroom as well as in virtual platforms; performs follow-up to evaluate learning application and impact Edit and update existing course deliverables to include facilitator and participant materials, presentation media, job aides, and on-the-job development accelerators Partners with business leaders to identify capability gaps and propose solutions to enhance performance Develop and deploy course communications, including advertisements, program session invitations, pre and post work messaging and others assigned Track and monitor completions/course attendance within Workday Learning Assists with the organization and curation of existing content into learning paths that meet the needs of disciplines, departments, and employees Assist with the creation and development of new training programs and creative learning solutions to address capability gaps Assists in the evaluation process to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning solutions and make recommendations for future interventions Performs all other duties and special projects as assigned What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams etc.) At least 2 years progressive experience in corporate learning capacity developing, delivering, analyzing, and measuring learning programs. Requires excellent written, oral and presentation skills. Proactive, organized approach to multitasking. Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines Ability to prioritize tasks Ability to function well in a high-paced work environment Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems; applies limited judgement and discretion Applies knowledge; has basic knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in a function Decisions are guided by existing processes and procedures; receives guidance and oversight from manager Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to express information and ideas in a clear and organized manner Gathers, clarifies, and applies information to provide timely and effective responses to the needs of both internal and external customers Takes personal responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty Works independently or with others within own area or department to achieve team goals Offers support to other team members; follows through on commitments Applies emotional intelligence in responses and reactions Demonstrates consistency between words and actions Listens openly and carefully to others’ ideas and suggestions; respects opposing points of view Consistently earns trust, loyalty and respect of others At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
