WE LOVE OUR WORK.

- Demonstrates outstanding internal and external service in accordance with “Red Carpet Service” program guidelines. - Handles guest inquiries related to direct mail in a pleasant and professional manner. - Confers with manager regarding offer adjustments or replacements and facilitates corrective action. - Reviews player history to assess offer inclusion/exclusion and communicates information. - Primary contact for outside events such as festivals or sponsorships. - Audits and corrects address information in player tracking system. - Follows and completes a quality control check list for all direct mail projects. - Ensures data integrity in customer database. - Monitors process by which marketing coupons are redeemed. - Writes internal and external correspondence as necessary. - Assists Database personnel with campaign set up and list pulls via current database system and other available tools. - Works with Production and Database personnel to ensure a timely mailing schedule. - Assists Direct Mail Manager with development of lists, offers, and creative strategy. - Assists Database Manager to ensure all Direct Marketing drop dates are met. - Assists Direct Mail Manager with advertising collateral, such as posters, banners, billboards, and print ads. - Attends departmental and company meetings as required.

- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. - One to three years of experience strongly preferred. - Must possess strong written, oral, and presentation skills. - Ability to communicate effectively with internal and/or external guests. - Ability to perform basic mathematical operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. - Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and commissions and apply to practical situations using fractions, percentages, measurements, proportions, and problem-solving. - Excellent mathematical/business and proofreading skills. - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc.). - Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English. - Ability to understand and perform duties in accordance with: - Hollywood Casino Aurora Core Values - Departmental, property, and company policies and standards - illinois Gaming Board requirements - Sarbanes-Oxley - internal Controls - Ability to stand for extended periods of time. - Physical mobility with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 20 lbs.
