Your daily responsibilities include
- Provides fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to team members and guests
- Maintains current and accurate information regarding food items (i.e., preparation techniques, seasonings, ingredients)
- Employs proper cooking methods, cooks to specifications, and handles, stores and rotates food properly in accordance with established health and safety standards
- Operates equipment and utensils in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures
- Reports product shortages, equipment issues and safety concerns to Management immediately
- Maintain a consistent and regular attendance record
- Ensures kitchen is clean and re-stocked upon shift change and or closing
- Maintain a consistent and regular attendance record
- Communicates ticket times to FOH Team Members
- Other duties may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 18 years of age
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Food Handler Certification required
- At least 2 to 3 years of high-volume experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- This position requires working in a fast-paced environment that is subject to varying levels of noise and crowds
- Physical mobility with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 50 pounds
