- Role Model Excellent Guest Service skills - Understands and Relays the needs of our guest. Escalates Guest service issues to Supervisor and/or Manager - Understands department procedures and internal controls - Have an in depth knowledge about slot equipment, including: - identifying all slot equipment by Location, Asset, Manufacture & Model - Know the difference between the types of software and how to read slot menus and options. Must be proficient performing RAM Clear and machine optioning for all manufacturers - How ACSC works and be able to replace, repair and trouble shoot all its components. Uses ACSC to diagnose machine issues and is able to make most repairs - Know how to generate and use ACSC daily reports including other advanced reports. Uses Transaction Received option in ACSC to diagnose repeat machine issues and successfully apply the proper repairs - Ability to understand & interpret the game rules for every game on the floor and explain them to guest in a positive and productive manner. Uses these skills to assist the Operational Staff in maintaining positive Guest relations - Ability to troubleshoot common and uncommon problems that occur within the slot machines and ACSC. Must have strong troubleshooting skills - Must have basic knowledge of other departments in order to know who to contact for questions for guest - Must have working knowledge of EMAiL and Excel

- Basic knowledge about slot equipment, including: - identifying & Navigating Floor Layout Zones and locations - identifying slot equipment Location, Asset, Manufacturer, Model, Serial Number, Software - Must have basic electrical/mechanical skills Ability to read wiring diagram, schematics and flow charts - identifying basic equipment issues “BV’s and Printer”& where to find replacement parts. Proper name of the components - Know when to call for assistance from fellow employees or supervisors. Proper call sequence i.e. Don’t call directly for an Attendant any calls should be routed through a Slot Technician Supervisor first and then Ops Supervisor - Know how to operate power tools and other shop equipment safely and correctly Knowledge of Hand Tools and proper use of them a must - Basic knowledge of how ACSC works and be able to replace or repair its components. Use of floor monitor in conjunction with white board, run Transaction Received and Add Back Deleted Asset - Basic knowledge of how to generate and use ACSC reports. identification of basic Transaction iD codes and their definitions - Must be able to understand & interpret the game rules for every game on the floor The ability to explain these to guests and Slot Operation Team Members - Basic Machine Optioning and Ram Clears for all OEM’s
