Monitor productivity and process compliance in a designated area. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBLITIES Oversee the running and completion of all assigned work orders. Monitor and reconcile open orders daily. Give proper instructions to packagers according to the specific job. Enforce company rules and regulations. Communicate with supervisor & general supervisor on the day to day operations, material needs and employee issues. Communicate material overage / shortages with warehouse. Perform routine quality checks. Coordinate material flow at the production line. Maintain organizational standards according to 5S compliance standards. Promote safe work environment. Record, notify and report unsafe working conditions immediately to department supervisor. Maintain up to date professional and technical knowledge by attending educational trainings as assigned by company training department.
