Holland Partner Group is Hiring a Senior Project Manager, Project Management Services Near Vancouver, WA

Overview

Salary range: $135,000-$155,000 annually.

The Senior Project Manager, Project Management Services is responsible for helping to ensure timely execution and clear communication of all assigned projects and is also responsible for assisting in the continued best-practices evolution and project management processes and strategies for the Business Technology team in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s core values. 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple, simultaneous initiatives and ensure consistency and alignment with HPG’s overall strategy and goals.
  • Develop and present the implementation strategy to internal customers demonstrating credibility of the Business Technology organization.
  • Facilitate, develop, and manage project documentation including statements of work, business cases, project management plans, training materials, budgets, etc.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders on a planned cycle, and as needed to help ensure successful project delivery with clearly defined responsibilities and expectations.
  • Publish team status reports with project performance metrics to help inform organization stakeholders of key information needed to follow project progress.
  • Aggregate data from multiple projects into summary information and report out as relevant and required.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to help ensure project success criteria are clearly understood and met as expected.
  • Ensure each project team has the tools and resources necessary to meet project deadlines.
  • Provide support and mentorship to Project Managers and Business Analysts to support departmental success.
  • Participate in project governance
  • Assist in and provide guidance and support for change management efforts as needed.
  • Leverage opportunities to build relationships, communities, and competencies with the Business Units.
  • Seek and identify opportunities for increased collaboration and process improvement through the effective use of business technology solutions to drive business success.
  • Work with department and project sponsors to help drive the capture of project requirements as required to drive project deliverables including portfolio intake assessments, project charters, risk assessments, and capture of project deliverables.
  • Assist the business in development of best-practices and strategies for portfolio and project approaches while working closely with team members to help align project efforts to strategically achieve business goals.
  • Act as a liaison between outside partners/vendors, business units, and Business Technology.
  • Work with departmental leadership to develop roadmaps, goals, initiatives and strategies.
  • Represent Holland Partner Group in a professional manner always.
  • Conform to company apparel standards and set a positive example for all Associates.
  • Perform all other duties as directed and assist the overall team effort in any way possible.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Relevant project management certification preferred. 

Experience: Minimum 7 years’ Project Management experience across a variety of business situations required.

 Attendance: This full-time position is exempt and requires the ability to be present and available during business hours to meet company and department needs. Additional hours or flexible schedule may be required. 

This position also requires:

  • Travel and overnight stays.
  • Ability to lift or move up to 20 pounds.
  • Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
  • Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally.
