The Accounts Payable/Receivable position responsibilities are as followed:

• Receiving invoices/payments
• Managing multiple company bank accounts
• Closely work with Accounts Payable/Receivable in both tracking and payment of company expenses on a weekly basis
• General management of invoices and Purchase Orders
• Communicate daily with banks
• Manage weekly payments to subcontractors
• reconciling and paying company credit cards

Preferred Experience Requested:

• Accounting/Finance degree
• Microsoft Excel experience
• Quickbooks Online and Desktop Experience
• Self Motivated
• Positive attitude
• General construction knowledge

This job is full time, Monday - Friday, 7 am to 4 pm.

Pay is determined by experience.
