As we continue to look for more sustainable ways to build, we need world-class talent to join our team. We are seeking Finance interns for Summer 2023 who are passionate about sustainability, driven by curiosity and keen to grow, learn, develop and thrive in our high-performance culture. 

This opportunity will be a 12-week, paid internship beginning May 2023.

This internship opportunity will be located at Holcim Building Envelope division Corporate Headquarters in Nashville or can be remote.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from business users for the purpose of data engineering and/or visualizing
• Modify existing dashboards to accommodate emerging needs of the business
• Develop draft visualizations and/or develop proof-of-concept engineering workflows
• Participate in the visualization and/or engineering workflow review process
• Contribute subject matter expertise that can be incorporated into domain roadmaps, capacity planning & assessments, and other end to end views
• Able to work closely with all internal departments; Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, IT, Finance and our Facilities being able to build relationships quickly 
• Performing other administrative or professional responsibilities, as needed

Qualifications

We’re Looking for:

• Students who are currently enrolled in an undergraduate program majoring in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related major; experience with Tableau, Python and Alteryx

The Right Student for this Role:

• Ability to build partnerships with cross functional teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of key data drivers and opportunities within the business
• Ability to identify, analyze and interpret trends or or patterns in complex data sets
• Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to produce graphs and tables, use spreadsheets efficiently, and perform calculations to process large volumes of data.
• Ability to communicate findings from data analysis and visualization and present information clearly
