Growing Lower Bucks County Personal Injury Law Firm seeks an associate with 3-10 years of Plaintiff's personal injury experience. The ideal candidate can handle a case from inception through trial, can manage a strong caseload and is motivated to bring in their own cases as well. We offer a very competitive salary and benefits package. Substantial commissions on legal fees earned from originated clients. Potential bonuses and financial incentives commensurate with work product and performance.

Responsibilities:

· Represent clients throughout the entirety of a personal injury matter, from initial sign up, through pre-suit stages, and concluding through litigation at depositions, arbitrations, and/or jury trial

· Prepare and draft legal documents related to personal injury matters

· Negotiate settlements

· Comply with all legal standards, regulations, and rules of professional responsibility

· Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

· Professional networking to grow your client base

Qualifications:

· 3-10 experience in plaintiff’s personal injury law

· Familiarity with necessary and usual legal documents related to litigating a personal injury claim

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Jury trial and arbitration experience

· Strong negotiating skills

· Ability to build rapport with clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
