Service Tech Job Description
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the repair of agricultural machinery & equipment assembly. They must perform basic diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural and turf equipment.

• Tech must be able to diagnose and repair engines, power trains, electrical systems and hydraulic systems.
• Will be called upon to work on planters, combines, skid steers, tractors, hay tools and other various brands of equipment we provide.
• Repairs and assembles equipment
• Develops a repair plan before beginning each job
• Determines necessary parts, materials, tooling, etc. to complete job.
• Completes all written warranty and work order reports
• Communicates all repairs with manager
• Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment.
• Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by manager
• Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force constantly to move objects
• Physical Activities: Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Reaching, Standing, Walking, Grasping, Talking, Hearing, and Repetitive Motions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

• Hardinsburg, KY 40143: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Diesel engine repair: 1 year (Preferred)
• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
