What We're Looking For Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving advanced SharePoint issues and assisting others to resolve technical issues. Acts as technical lead for the SharePoint team. Also responsible for leading efforts related to the design, configuration, implementation, maintenance and documentation of SharePoint on prem and O365. Participates in on-call 24/7 rotation. Primary Focus Will Include: Managing our SharePoint on prem farm and O365 SharePoint tenant Migrating sites, developing power automate workflows and moving content from SharePoint on prem to O365 Leading road mapping efforts for our collaboration platforms including SharePoint Online, MS Teams, One Drive, etc. Creating and maintaining SharePoint governance documentation and best practices Working with the business to develop solutions to meet their needs Preferred Qualifications and Skills: 6 years System Administration experience PowerShell Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) Development knowledge Communication skills Teamwork/Collaboration Problem-solving skills Initiative Leadership *IND #LI-NF What You'll Need Essential Responsibilities: Manages tickets assigned to the team.
