What We're Looking For Creates templates and all required graphics for complex and/or mega proposals, interviews and in-house materials. Creates the design and layout, and coordinates production of various materials, including printed brochures, flyers, boards, etc., as well as some multi-media designs to create an image, communicate concepts, or deliver a message in the most effective way. May oversee the work of less experienced staff members. Primary Focus Will Include: Work in clients office supporting website and marketing efforts Preferred Qualifications and Skills: 2 years A/E experience What You'll Need Essential Responsibilities: Leads the design and preparation of templates and graphics for complex and or/mega proposals and presentations. May help determine the specifications, themes, ideas, concepts and methods to be used in producing graphic and pictorial presentations for materials. Works with pursuit teams to understand their needs and to develop direction, concept and specifications for assigned projects. Coordinates graphic photo library and maintains electronic records. Performs miscellaneous job functions such as photo/document scanning and electronic document creation. Works with team leader to determine workload distribution and determine the need to bring in additional resources. Determines if in-house documents are best distributed in print or electronic format and gets final approval from project manager. Performs other duties as assigned.
