We have an opening for a full time, permanent Parts Counter Sales Representative at our Chesaning branch.

This position will provide the candidate the opportunity to learn the role which is the first point of contact for our parts customers, over the counter and/or by phone, providing an exceptional customer experience. The parts sales representative provides consultation on customer’s parts needs in a friendly and professional manner, and maintains up to date knowledge on our product lines. This position also supports, and is a liaison with the Service department.

The successful candidate should demonstrate the following:

• Knowledge of and experience in parts systems, inventory control procedures, service and whole goods sales environments is an asset (minimum one year experience)
• Agriculture knowledge is a strong asset
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking skills and problem-solving skills
• Solid computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Current drivers license and clean abstract
