Hive & Colony in New York City is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. We are located on 109 Mercer St in the heart of SoHo.
Responsibilities
- Developing a strong, professional relationship with each client
- Properly measuring clients to guarantee the perfect fit
- Helping clients make the best styling choices according to their needs including fabric, button, etc.
- Recommending related products to increase clients' options and enrich the shopping experience
- Staying knowledgeable about our range of products, their benefits and functions
- Promoting special sales, offers and overall awareness of the brand
- Operating the system for day-to-day operations
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Experience in retail
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
- Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
