- Knowledge of evidence-based practices, including trauma informed care framework
- Knowledge and ability to work with co-occurring populations (chronic health conditions, mental health, and substance use)
- Knowledge of technical platforms (Microsoft Suite: Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with people of diverse cultures, ages, and economic backgrounds
- Ability to provide excellent care services to behaviorally challenged clients
- Ability to work flexible work hours including pre-scheduled nights and weekends
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- One (1) year of clinical counseling experience in general patient care, including crisis intervention.
- Experience with mental health population
- Bilingual - Spanish
- 35-hour work week with flextime
- 14 paid holidays
