Hirey is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing to join our fast-growing tech startup in the recruiting space. As the Director of Marketing, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract qualified candidates to our platform. This role will initially be one to start. Eventually, it will grow into a team of marketing professionals collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of various marketing channels and a passion for disrupting the traditional recruiting industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies:
- Create and implement strategic marketing plans to attract candidates to our platform. - Identify target candidate segments and develop tailored marketing campaigns to reach them effectively. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to ensure our marketing efforts stay ahead.
Grow and develop the marketing team:
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback. - Delegate tasks and projects effectively, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards. - Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns:
- Utilize various marketing channels, including digital, social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and events, to reach and engage with candidates. - Develop compelling content and collateral that resonates with the target audience and showcases our unique value proposition. - Optimize marketing campaigns through data-driven insights and A/B testing to maximize conversions and ROI.
Build and manage strategic partnerships:
- Identify and establish partnerships with relevant industry organizations, influencers, and platforms to expand our reach and enhance brand visibility. - Collaborate with partners to co-create content, host joint events, and explore co-marketing opportunities.
Track and analyze marketing performance:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of marketing initiatives. - Use analytics tools and platforms to track campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and report on marketing ROI. - Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of marketing strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the recruiting industry landscape, emerging technologies, and marketing trends. - Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to build relationships and expand industry knowledge. - Share insights and recommendations with the executive team to inform product and business development strategies.
