Qualifications

• Require Tableau,Excel, PPT

• 5 years of experience in working with cross-technical and/or cross-functional teams

• 5 years of experience in data analysis or report development• Communication and presentation skills• Bilingual – English & Spanish• Analytical & problem solver• Able to plan, design and create the elements necessary for delivering useful solutions and insights• SQL optional• Able to extract and uncover insights from complex multi-dimensional data and identify relevant patterns using basic analytical concepts• Familiar with database design and some programming methodology• Able to apply quality checks when necessary to personal deliverables or the work of others• Able to determine the best ways to organize and present information at scale• Able to follow and apply data governance guidelines• Knowledge of end-to-end services spanning across the full-stack of front-end, middleware, and backend systems• Data mining skills with a level of internal and external client education and support• Some understanding of and/or experience working with Cloud Technology• ETL skills a plus• Some QA experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Delivers high-value insights by developing cutting edge data dashboards• Pulls all available data from data sources designed and architected by the back-end data team• Engages and works well with in-house data warehouse development teams• Engages and works well with product management and design teams• Able to understand agile project management methodologies and complete tickets and tasks on time• Participates in the creation, certification and promotion of small, medium or large dashboards• Enables improved customer experience through updated and delightful visualizations• Utilizes Tableau technical skills to deliver dashboards with accurate data and robust design elements• Acts as a subject matter expert for any dashboards built. Able to answer questions regarding the final product and/or provide light training for users• Responsible for understanding and translating the business requirements into useful and insightful data products• Identifies innovative development methods to deliver requirements in a timely and accurate manner• Builds solutions that meet requirements and deliver value to our customers• Able to communicate when questions or challenges arise and work toward swift and collaborative resolution
