What You’ll Do: 

• Support two Department Managers and international teams while managing calendars and steering project meetings.
• Book travel for department managers.
• Small-scale SAP functions.
• Arrange presentations and various assignments as needed. 

• Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. 
• The integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information

• German proficiency. 

Approx. Duration: 11 months.
