The Office Manager - Bookkeeper position is an accounting oriented position that will play an integral role in managing the receivables and have an active role in the daily operation for a fast paced technology company. This role will work closely with internal departments and external vendors to provide timely and accurate financial entries, including A/R, limited amount of accounts payable, business reporting, etc.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, Expectations:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Pay range for this role would be $20-24 per hour, depending on experience.
