Responsibilities
Project pursuit and execution of geotechnical work related to TDOT projects
Working with a geotechnical team to perform analysis and design of deep and shallow foundations, earthen structures with respect to slope stability, seepage, and settlement, site seismic analyses, report and proposal preparation, drawing preparation, specification writing, construction cost estimating, and construction site inspections
Project management responsibilities
Engaging in communication with internal and external clients
Scheduling and budget management
Individual sales, utilization, and revenue targets
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in Geotechnical Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Tennessee
6 years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering
2 years in a Project Manager role
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
