The Branch Manager position is a Mid-Level Management opportunity. For the right individual, this role will lead to growth within the company with future opportunities for advancement!

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of all staff at the branch
• Maintain a safe workplace environment, drive sales, and attract/retain qualified team members
• Properly manage the flow of inventory while fulfilling customer expectations
• Provide constant employee development, education, and training
• Establish a team atmosphere among your employees and maintain a clean/professional corporate image at your branch

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma, GED, or High School Equivalence Certificate – Required
• Valid driver's license – Required
• College degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field – Preferred
• 5 years of experience in the heavy-duty truck parts industry – Preferred
• 3 years of experience in a supervisor/management position – Preferred
