Ideal candidates will have experience with general defense litigation, including tort litigation, products liability, toxic tort, construction defect, premises liability, automobile and general liability matters. Candidates must also have the ability to draft complicated opinions, motions, and legal memoranda in a clear and concise manner. This is an exceptional opportunity for candidates seeking a high level of responsibility in a diverse and progressive law firm environment. FL bar admission is required.
