As a Senior Analyst with Hines, you will be a member of Hines' Dallas-Fort Worth Commercial Project team. The Commercial Project team analyzes multifamily, office, and mixed-use acquisition and development opportunities across the DFW metroplex, including underwriting and market research for all potential transactions, capital markets, as well as related due diligence to support these transactions. The Senior Analyst will also prepare content and analysis for the Investment Committee Memoranda of acquisition and development pursuits and support the Asset Manager in the analysis and oversight of such assets. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Minimum Requirements include:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
One or more years related experience in real estate or in a financial analysis role (highly analytical internship experience will be considered).
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel real estate financial modeling / analysis and PowerPoint skills.
Demonstrate working to advanced proficiency in Argus AE software essential.
