Job Description

As an In House Marketing Supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision of the In House Marketing department, including training, staffing, daily supervision, coaching and counseling.

You will supervise the field to motivate team members and provide on-the-job training as well as achieving/exceeding departmental monthly budgets for tours, VPG and volume.

• Maintains a minimum penetration percentage of arrivals and volume requirement weekly
• Assists manager with weekly team member evaluations, reports and assignments
• Learns and executes scripted marketing presentation as provided by management
• Perform all required tasks of Marketing Concierge
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• High School Diploma/GED
• Able to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Vacation Ownership industry
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes
• Ability to speak competently and confidently in a public setting
