What Will I be Doing?

The Program Analyst within the Product & Project Management team will support team leaders in the strategic development and tactical execution of HGV’s products and commercial opportunities. Additionally, the Program Analyst will support project managers in the planning, management, and execution of critical cross-functional corporate projects. This position is ideal for an individual who is interested in participating in meaningful and ambitious initiatives to grow their career.

The Program Analyst is responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Support leaders in developing and implementing business strategies for consumer-facing products and programs
  • Support cross-functional teams to execute critical corporate initiatives
  • Participate in developing strategic business recommendations for senior leadership and proposals for external partners
  • Analyze and build relationships with third-party vendors
  • Perform financial/quantitative analyses and prepare/review critical documents

Qualifications

What Are We Looking For:

  • 1-3 Years related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline, e.g., finance, economics, engineering, or business administration
  • Proactive self-starter who is detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, with the ability to support multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Ability to build business cases and conduct financial/quantitative analyses
  • Capable of building project plans
  • Strong communication, reading, and writing skills
