Hilton Garden Inn Beaufort is Hiring a Breakfast Server Near Sheldon, SC

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Breakfast Server and are actively looking to meet the best and brightest talent that the hospitality industry has to offer. We would welcome the opportunity to speak to you regarding this position as well as to answer any questions you might have regarding the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and give a clear and correct description of food and beverage options
  • Deliver hot to order items from kitchen to tables
  • Input orders into computer and secure accurate payment
  • Prepare coffee as well as other specialized drinks
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables for dining as needed
  • Observe diners and respond to requests
  • Complete daily inventory prep sheet
  • Knowledge and familiarity of current food and beverage offerings
  • Escort guests to tables as needed
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies and procedures, i.e., product rotation, dating, labeling, and cleaning
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding areas
  • Demonstrate knowledge of hours and available amenities of the hotel

Requirements:

  • Previous serving experience a plus, but will train the right fit
  • High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A can-do attitude and a hands-on approach
  • A flexible schedule that allows availability days, nights, holidays, and weekends based on the demands of the hotel
