We are actively looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer, with previous hotel experience, that is skilled and well-rounded in basic repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, wall repair, hanging vinyl and painting. Applicant must be able to work shifts from 11pm to 7am - scheduled days may vary depending on the demands of our business. You will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us.

Responsibilities

• Complete repair tasks as assigned by management and fulfill guest requests in guestrooms and/or public areas of the hotel
• Report any technical issues and maintenance needs
• Address guests’ queries (e.g. on additional services)
• Follow hotel security guidelines

Skills

• Previous hotel experience is a plus
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, wall repair, hanging vinyl, painting, etc.
• Ability to complete physical requirements of the job
• Flexibility to work any days including weekend
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to follow instructions

This position is full-time and eligible for company benefits.

Experience:

• HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)
• Mechanical Knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
