The Regional Manager will support the acquisition and growth of a Hilti Solution Customers (ON!Track & Fleet Management > $15k) with local, regional, and global partners as part of Hilti’s global Customer Engagement Strategy. Responsible for the Implementation & Critical Care phases of Selling Hilti Solutions they will also be responsible for people development through coaching and modeling of the Solution Success Specialists via Hilti’s development process (My Development) and performance management process (My Contribution). This role will also support, as part of the Design Optimal Solution phase, with national customers, this role will collaborate with the Solution Consultants and customer to define and create a customized implementation package, including tagging instructions unique to customers’ needs.
