HILTI is Hiring a Regional Manager, Field Solution Operations Near Denver, CO

What's the role?

The Regional Manager will support the acquisition and growth of a Hilti Solution Customers (ON!Track & Fleet Management > $15k) with local, regional, and global partners as part of Hilti’s global Customer Engagement Strategy. Responsible for the Implementation & Critical Care phases of Selling Hilti Solutions they will also be responsible for people development through coaching and modeling of the Solution Success Specialists via Hilti’s development process (My Development) and performance management process (My Contribution). This role will also support, as part of the Design Optimal Solution phase, with national customers, this role will collaborate with the Solution Consultants and customer to define and create a customized implementation package, including tagging instructions unique to customers’ needs.

What does the role involve?

  • Coordinate efforts of an entire team of Account Managers, Regional Managers, Division Managers, and Marketing team members to ensure best practice during implementation and facilitate change management in key accounts
  • Coach, guide, support, and delegate day‐to‐day tasks to the Solution Success Specialists team across the country
  • Manage Development (My Development) & Performance Management (My Contribution) of responsible Solution Success Specialists in their geographic region
  • Work with the Manager, Solution Success to coordinate, train, and manage a team of 15‐20 taggers in a geographic region by assigning individuals to a customer/region for tagging and implementation
  • Support the Manager, Solution Success in coordinating and training a team of 8‐10 SSS in designated geographic region
  • Model and coach behaviors through time spent virtually and in the field with each team member
  • Solely responsible for managing product provided to customers by ensuring coordinated tagging is completed at required customer locations
    Coordinate care for multiple state implementations to ensure customers are receiving same level of product and support across multiple MSAs
  • Supporting SSS to follow‐up with existing customers to sell additional training services, webinars, and collect feedback from key users
  • Verify and approve invoices for third‐party tagging services and set up services based on provided structure
  • Maintain communication and relationship with Solution customer base to ensure positive implementation practices and coordinated care for VIP customers
  • Visit construction jobsites and offices to train Solution Success Specialists in the use of and challenges in device management, and best tagging practices
  • Train new Solution Success Specialists and assist with their launch readiness in their MSA
  • Additional duties as assigned

What you need is:

  • High School Diploma or GED, required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Operations, Construction
  • Management or related technical field, required
  • With minimum two (2) of those years ON!Track Account Specialist and care experience
  • Ability to make key decisions regarding change management and adjust each plan to the individual needs
  • Training experience, preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, required
  • Ability to work in a cross‐functional team environment including marketing, sales, and corporate teams
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem‐solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills, required
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications
  • High level of entrepreneurship and presentation skills
