Your Future Team Hightower is seeking a high-functioning, energetic Product Manager to join our fast-growing Client Experience and Reporting Team that will report to the Executive Director, Client Digital Experience. You will be joining a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and close-knit team that strives for high performance, always. What You’ll Do Serve as a Hightower brand ambassador by upholding The Hightower Way cultural elements – Mission, Purpose, V.A.L.U.E. Experience, Commitment, and Standards, promoting excellence in the internal and external client experience during every encounter Improve consistency in every client and colleague encounter by embodying the core principles of our Hightower V.A.L.U.E. Experience (Validate, Actively Listen, Leverage Resources, Understand Ownership, Express Gratitude) Partner with cross-discipline team members to support collaboration and promote a positive client experience Serve as our client experience portal product owner Collaborate with our advisors to collect feedback to help curate and prioritize the product roadmap Complete advisor team onboarding to product and manage onboarding efforts end to end. Oversee and help to complete the entire product release lifecycle - organize work for a development team, define and document requirements, document personas, use cases and process flows, perform testing and oversee full release cycles Promote product adoption and capture appropriate KPIs. Create mock-ups and perform UX/UI design Proficient in change management – ability to create training material, marketing material and create messaging to our advisors and end clients on upcoming releases. What You’ll Bring Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, finance or other related fields from an accredited college or university Experience within the financial services space, RIA, Custodian, or Wealth Management industry. Knowledge of performance reporting platforms – Black Diamond, Orion, Addepar or Tamarac. Financial planning tools eMoney or Money Guide Pro. Proficiency in Excel – must be able to perform VLOOKUP's and sophisticated formulas Project management experience. Ability to organize work for a development team, define requirements, document personas, use cases, and process flows, perform testing, and oversee full release cycles. UX/UI design experience Proficient in change management – ability to create training material, and marketing material and create messaging to our advisors and end clients on upcoming releases. Experience with Salesforce and ability to create and run Salesforce reports. 5 years of full-time work in Wealth Management or relationship management capacity Series 6, 7, 11 preferred or willing to achieve upon hire.
