Your Future Team The Product Development team at Hightower develops and supports business applications and integrations that ensure our corporate functions and advisor practices. What You'll Do Being a relationship manager, facilitator, and mediator, the Product Analyst will seek out the best ways to improve processes and increase effectiveness through the partnership between technology and teams in defining strategy and building solutions. With organizational and project goals lighting the way, you will guide the documentation and the evaluation of potential solutions—always working to bridge the gap with improved efficiency and productivity. Be an expert and communicate business processes and progressive systems prototypes that improve efficiency and productivity on multiple levels. Perform quality assurance at every stage of systems development. Assist project manager to develop detailed project estimates, and work plans and ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet clients' and users' needs and expectations of quality. Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements from team members. Support research, recommendation, and application of new technologies if applicable. Perform related tasks as assigned. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in related field. 3 years' experience in wealth management industry. Experience communicating with advisor firms, executive leadership team, and peer groups. Practical experience generating process documentation and reports. Working knowledge of Salesforce.
