About the Role

The Revenue Operations team at Highspot is at the intersection of Marketing, Partner, Account Development, Sales, Services, Finance, and Accounting. Revenue Operations encompasses operators, systems managers, deal strategists, and renewal specialists. The Revenue Operations team focuses on managing, implementing, and optimizing GTM strategy, systems, processes, and data. We own the GTM operations strategy, framing, evaluation, implementation, administration, infrastructure, and security.

We are growing fast and are looking for a leader to help strategize and implement international Revenue Operations best practices by partnering with our Marketing & Partner teams to build a world-class experience for our Customers and drive revenue growth. The person we are looking for has strong communication and organizational influence skills and can acknowledge and balance the different needs of all relevant stakeholders. They are able to partner closely with various executives to help drive strategy and behaviors that support our new business and expansion sales processes.

About You 

The ideal candidate for this position will take an innovative and creative approach to analyzing processes and supporting solutions. This person will have the ability to quickly pivot between brainstorming and strategy when partnering with our GTM teams. They will be resourceful and tenacious when working cross-functionally to recognize what is known about a situation, what more needs to be known, and how best to obtain the relevant and accurate information needed to achieve the desired outcome.

What You'll Do

  • As the Senior Revenue Operations Manager for our Marketing & Partner Teams at Highspot, you will help lead and develop global processes. Partner with GTM Leadership cross-functional stakeholders on a variety of initiatives and drive executive-level recommendations that directly impact the growth of our business. In this role, you will quickly leverage data to drive insights and lead the charge on executing operational changes across Marketing, Account Development, Account Executive, Account Management, and Services teams. 
  • Further, you’ll collaborate with other Revenue Strategy leaders at Highspot to develop strategies and optimize team processes. 
As Senior Revenue Operations Manager for Marketing & Partner Teams, you will:
Develop best practices that focus on partnerships with our Marketing and Partner organizations to ensure success in their roles:
  • Become an expert in Highspots Marketing and Partner processes and reporting, including supporting the execution of efforts across functions, and identifying downstream implications of changes to GTM processes on reporting and processes.
  • Serve as the Revenue Operations liaison for Marketing and partner and the Revenue Platforms team for various tools such as Marketo, Marketo Measure, Salesforce, etc.
  • Own the business relationship between these groups and Revenue Operations to provide domain expertise to support each department’s operational needs. 
Develop a trusted partnership between all Stakeholders and Revenue Operations to:
  • Provide recommendations to support business goals and objectives.
  • Identify the metrics that define success and support in the development of systems and processes to track and report on them.
  • Serve as the Revenue Operations subject matter expert for all Marketing processes and their impact across Go-to-Market teams.
Become knowledgeable about Highspots Marketing and Partner processes & data including Pre-Sales, Post-Sale, cross-sell, Pipeline generation, and specific Marketing and partner reporting to:
  • Support day-to-day operational needs for Marketing and Partner teams including best practice documentation, change management, and reporting. 
  • Provide stakeholder leaders with insights that will help in developing innovative net retention and high-growth strategies.
  • Support teams with just-in-time data and reporting needed to successfully manage and optimize performance.
Become knowledgeable about Highspots Marketing & Partner related programs & data including Account Based Marketing, Lead Scoring, Partner Organization, Partner deal registration, and PNR to:
  • Support Marketing and Partner Leadership with just-in-time data and reporting needed to successfully manage and optimize these teams' impacts on Highspot revenue and engagement.
  • Has in-depth knowledge of Marketing strategies (Account Based Marketing, Lead Scoring, etc.), tools, processes, and how to support and report on the performance of these efforts.
Drive collaboration across Marketing & Partner Leadership to identify and prioritize immediate needs to reach near-term targets and goals. 
Your Background
  • 5 years of experience in operations, analytics, and strategy within a SaaS company. 
  • Experience partnering with different go-to-market teams.
  • Ability to cover a range of activities; from C-level presentations to hands-on, process improvement with Revenue Operations team members.
  • Ability to create a performance- and metrics-focused culture.
  • A very thorough understanding of traditional B2B sales, demand generation, ABM, pipeline generation, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience partnering with different go-to-market teams such as Marketing, pre-sales, and post-sales.
  • Strong communication skills, including summarizing and visualizing complex data that tell a compelling story.
  • Experience scaling Marketing and Partner tools for optimized prospecting, sales engagement, reporting, CRM, and business intelligence.

Base salary range: $115,000 - $199,000. Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.

The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
