This position would be a great (PAID!) learning experience for a student looking to get his/her feet wet in Human Resources!

The selected co-op will help with various projects and events at the Shelbyville, TN location. Some of the things in which the selected co-op will assist with are attendance tracking, employee relations investigations, recruiting, morale events, team member relations, etc. The candidate needs to be self-motivated, a team-player, flexible, a good multi-tasker, and have excellent customer service skills. The selected co-op must also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).

Required Qualifications
Co-ops must:

· Be currently enrolled as a Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or Graduate student at a 4-year University

· Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

· Be able to work 24 hours per week

· Work 30 hours to qualify for great Medical/Dental Benefits

· Have a relevant major in Human Resources
