Job Title: Accountant
Department: Administration
Reports to: Chief Financial Officer
Effective Date: Immediately
Job Summary:
The Accountant performs tasks and responsibilities required to maintain accurate and well-functioning accounting books and budgets.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Enter all bills/invoices accurately to the correct accounts.
Ensure all bills/invoices have the proper approvals and are paid on time.
Send out invoices/billing for AR and ensure it is coded to the correct account.
Follow up on unpaid bills or invoices from AR and accurately enter received payments.
Ensure all note payments are made and received on time, respectively.
Assign unit numbers to assets and assign expenses to assets properly when submitted.
Reconciliations of credit cards, fuel cards and bank accounts.
Make payments on credit cards and fuel cards.
Manage budgets with assistance from CFO and Director of Operations.
Assist in Tax Return Preparation.
Ad hoc analyses and reporting.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience with QuickBooks preferred.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's highly preferred.
At least five years' related experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
