Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day restaurant operations
• Responsible for maintaining high level of customer service and satisfaction
• Effectively delegate jobs and responsibilities to restaurant staff
• Understands completely and conforms to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training policies
• Achieves company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility, sanitation, and cleanliness through training of employees and by creating a positive and productive working environment
• Communicate with management across the company to ensure effective running of the business as well as customer satisfaction
• Work with management to set targets and incentives
• Work with management to plan and organize restaurant events
• Make employment and termination decisions
• Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations are always meeting guest expectations
• Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner

Qualifications:

• At least five years’ restaurant experience
• At least three years as a supervisor (ideally AGM or GM)
• A track record of sales increases
• Strong communication, management, and leadership skills
• A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• A passion for food!
