^{RESPONSIBILITIES}

• ^{Handle all aspects of scheduling, execution, and oversite of family visits both inside and outside of the building(s)}
• ^{Maintain visitation schedule (all appointments scheduled at 1½ hour intervals); daily review to confirm there are no issues and resolve if there are (example: someone taking up too many visitation spots)}
• ^{Handle all aspects of each visit:}
  • ^{Screening visitors}
    • ^{Confirm negative COVID test report, or perform COVID tests as applicable for indoor visitors that cannot provide proof of negative test report}
  • ^{Oversee the visit}
    • ^{Escort the visitor directly to the applicable room ensuring they do not walk around anywhere else}
    • ^{Oversee and remind visitors of protocols that must be followed during visit}
    • ^{Ensure the visit ends promptly as scheduled}
  • ^{For Porch visits}
    • ^{Handle getting the resident outside}
    • ^{Thoroughly clean and sanitizer the visitation area before and after each visit.}

^{QUALIFICATIONS}

• ^{Able to read, write, and make simple calculations}
• ^{Able to follow both oral and written instructions}
• ^{Able to lift 75 pounds unassisted, and 125 pounds per person in a two-person lift}

^OTHER

• ^{Regular in attendance, always in compliance with dress code}
• ^{Work well with others, and also independently}
• ^{Positive attitude displayed toward Community, residents, families, management, and other staff}
• ^{Patient, compassionate, and in overall good physical and mental health}
• ^{Attend monthly scheduled staff meetings}
