Billing Analyst 

Hi-Line, Inc., a niche leader and essential U.S. distributor of industrial aftermarket products and services, is seeking an energetic, experienced, and detail-oriented Billing Analyst professional to help lead us in our future growth and development. This position will support the company’s Customer Accounting efforts at our home office and national distribution center in the Dallas/Framer’s Branch area.

Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent required
• Strong background in distribution-based ERP systems such as SAP, Epicor, NetSuite, Acumatica, etc.
• Proficiency in Access and Excel preferred
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication to effectively work with our mobile sales force and customer base
• Experience in the area of processing complex orders and resolving billing issues

Position Overview:

• Ability to verify placed orders and ensure their quality before shipment
• Inputting customer details on orders
• Monitor and evaluate all order issues and resolve discrepancies and endure accurate billing
• You will spend most of the day on email and phone with external customers, collecting, entering, and processing orders
