HHTBA is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Phoenix, AZ
Multi-Discipline Financial Services Company and CPA firm seeks an experienced person that loves to multi-task and has a deep need to take care of clients by coordinating clients with advisors through communications and scheduling.
Must have a pleasant and giving spirit as well as a high aptitude for adopting and using our advanced technology and CRM.

**This is a hybrid position for the Phoenix area; must be local to the home office and the ability to work remotely if needed**
Requirements
Must speak clear and concise English
Must have ability to work on a fast paced team
Must be able to pass a full background check due to the Federal requirements for working in a financial institution
Minimum of 1 year work experience in either a financial planning firm, law firm, CPA firm or insurance agency
Ability to offer solutions to problems and be proactive in working within a solution team
