Who we need: Full Stack Java Developer - 1099 Contractor 

Mandatory Experience:
At least two (2) years of FTE experience using modern full-cycle web application development to deploy on Digital Service or Agile software projects or platforms.
 
Desirable Experience includes:

• Experience developing and consuming web-based RESTful APIs and client integrations using JSON as a Full Stack Web Developer.
• Experience in a lead position for end-to-end web-based systems, including all aspects of development, testing, and production launch.
• Experience in a lead position for end-to-end web-based systems, including all aspects of development, testing, and production launch.
• Backend Web Development experience that includes developing and deploying backend web applications in an Agile environment and writing the backends of modern open-source web applications
• Experience in Frontend Web Development that includes creating and deploying user-facing interfaces in an Agile environment and building web frontends in modern web frameworks (e.g., Angular, Backbone, and React.js) as a Full Stack Web Developer, DevOps Engineer/Engineering Manager
• Backend Web Development experience that includes developing and deploying backend web applications in an Agile environment and writing the backends of modern open-source web applications as a Full Stack Web Developer
• Experience using a Modern Development Environment for automated code testing as a Full Stack Web Developer
