Opportunity: Treasury Analyst

Reporting to the Treasury Manager, this position’s primary responsibilities will include compiling, reviewing, analyzing, and reporting banking, operational, and financial data within various systems.

Essential Job Functions

• Review, analyze and maintain all daily banking activity for both corporate and property transactions.
• Assist treasury and properties with all bank account reconciliations.
• Assist with bank account maintenance and banking systems account maintenance.
• Assist with all utility payment-related weekly journal entries.
• Assist in weekly/monthly journal entries.
• Support Shared Services accountants while learning their responsibilities and act as primary back up.
• Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear and precise data analysis.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 1-2 years of previous experience in treasury, accounting or finance.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including advanced skills with Excel.

Work Environment and Context 

• Required to sit for extended periods, lift up to 10 pounds, bend, reach, use hands and fingers to operate keyboard.
