HGI Homesite Group Incorporated is Hiring a Remote Operations Project Manager

Compensation Minimum:$77,500 Compensation Maximum:$152,000 We are seeking a self-motivated individual who can effectively lead key initiatives to support the growth of Homesite in a cross-functional team environment comprised of Operations, Contact Center, IT, and external vendors. As a strategic Project Manager, you will work closely across multiple teams to represent Operations and ensure that key milestones and deliverables are met within the assigned projects. This is a hands-on Project Manager role who will both direct the efforts of others as well as execute functional work. Responsibilities: • Leverage proper Project Management frameworks to plan, organize and coordinate the project execution efforts including but not limited to resource management both of immediate team members as well as cross-functional resources. • Work with IT and Operational Stakeholders to deliver upon key Enterprise technology and strategic Operational projects, and ensure that Operations’ requirements are properly developed, communicated, and delivered. • Execute results through a structured, project management methodology while maintaining a flexible approach as priorities shift over time. • Ensure delivery of end-to-end solutions for Operations and ensure that changes are communicated and managed throughout the lifecycle to ensure adoption. • Use continuous improvement methodologies to map current state processes and value streams. • Have excellent communication and partnership skills in order to articulate complex ideas in a simple fashion in order to influence change and drive effective decision making. • Ability to interact and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from the front line to top level executives. • Participate in the transfer of knowledge of methodologies and best practices to peers and colleagues through collaboration, mentoring, and formal presentation and consulting. Required skills: • Bachelor’s Degree and 10 plus years of contact center, operations, project management, and/or process improvement work experience with demonstrated increasing responsibilities. Advanced degree a plus but not required. PMP certified candidates will be strongly considered. • Excellent communication skills are critical – both written and verbal. Translating technical concepts into layman’s terms in order to influence at all levels of the organization will be necessary in this role. • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and accomplish goals across a highly matrixed organization. • Manages own time and to formulate priorities to manage several tasks at once without frequent direction. • Ability to interpret and analyze data and present clear recommendations based on results. • Must be proficient in Power Point, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of project management software will be necessary in this role. He/she must be accustomed to working on multiple tasks in parallel and committed to meeting deadlines, including some with short time frames.
