SUMMARY
HexArmor is seeking to add a results-oriented leader to our Inside Sales Organization. This associate leader will focus on coaching new and developing reps in the systems and creating tools and processes of HexArmor.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work alongside Sr. Sales Manager to lead and enable to team to have success and meet goals
- Coach sales representatives s through situational sales problems and scenarios
- Track and report activity gathered from phone, CRM and other data tools
- Work with Account Executive Management to hold team accountable for weekly and monthly activity goals
- Conducts formal training and coaching to sales representatives regarding systems, processes and activity expectations
- Supports sales representatives and IT to solve system issues as they arise
- Assists in implementing activity-based sales initiatives with account executives.
- Helps coordinate trade show lead follow up with marketing to ensure timely and effective follow up
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of experience working an outbound and inbound sales role
- Strong organizational, operational skills, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to consistently generate qualified sales and exceed goals by managing process for creating opportunities and building pipeline
- 1-2 years’ experience with Salesforce.com and sales enablement tools
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
