Project Manager Technology and Product Delivery
JOB PURPOSE:
Project Management support for projects in support of the Technology Product. Lead project teams ensure successful execution of the programs scope, budget, and schedule. Partner with Product Mangers and Software Engineers to assure teams are enabled for success.

Job Contributions- what wil you do
- Working knowledge of technology, understanding concepts and language
- Coordinate and partner with other project managers also working on the overall network refresh initiative
- Create and Manage project plans and schedules for responsible projects
- Support teams through delivery against plan (scope, budget, and timeline)
- Partner with Product Mangers and Solutions Leads to assure teams are focused on right priorities as required
- Working closely with project stakeholders and key users to define project scope, goals and deliverables that support their business goals.
- Manage on/off boarding of vendor resources as required
- Assure adherence to Tech Product PMO standards, reporting, processes, and CHEF Framework
- Coordinate all activities, track completion of daily deliverables (Hertz and Vendor partners)
- Managing the program's budget, monitoring expenditures and costs against this budget and delivering to agreed costs.
- Tracking milestones, identifying problem areas before they impact the project and coordinating corrective actions and establishing escalation procedures (risk and issue tracking)
- Ensuring schedules, time estimates, and detailed plans are provided for all deliverables, including risk assessments and opportunities.
- Document and follow-up on program risks, issues and actions across the programs
- Follow Change Management processes for changes to scope, timeline, budget and production change management
- Provide guidance and solutions to all aspects of the program
- Monitor defects thru triage, requirements clarification, prioritization and delivery across the programs
- Provide details and data for Executive level program overviews
- Monthly review and validation of vendor invoices
- Coordinate access to required tools
- Carrying out post implementation reviews of all programs / projects to ensure that original goals / requirements are being met.

Experience and Qualifications
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration/Accounting, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.;
Professional Experience:
- 4-7 years' experience with project management.
- Experience monitoring supplier contracts, specifically tracking performance toward statements of work or service descriptions
- Self-motivated leader with forward-thinking visionary and entrepreneurial thinking to lead the change
- Be a Catalyst to bring people together for a common vision
- Highly self-motivated and directed with an attention to detail
- Demonstrated success as a problem solver, operating as a result-oriented self-starter.
- Familiar with project management tools, MS Project, Smartsheets, Jira and Confluence
