Are you an entrepreneurial-minded, self-motivated, individual who is looking for Uncapped Commissions in a fast-growing market?

Our sales professionals will manage our existing accounts (within their territory) as well as expected to introduce new clients from within their area. With great team-first culture, low turnover, growing new sales positions and an existing client base, our sales team members have experienced yearly commissions of up to $250k by their 3rd year of employment.

Your Mission

As a territory sales account manager, your mission is to strengthen existing corporate relationships while securing new business and clients.

What you can expect to do

  • Develop lucrative client relationships, and serve as a technical consultant to customers
  • Develop and rapidly grow your exclusive sales territory through consistent communication, familiarity with local market conditions and competitor dynamics
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of overhead doors, dock levelers and associated equipment
  • Provide estimates for all regular work and repair
  • Understand service contracts in broad terms
