A Plumbing Apprentice at Hero is responsible for learning and performance in diagnosing, troubleshooting, installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems while providing world class customer experiences and craftmanship.

Schedule

• 7am-4pm (Last dispatch by 4pm), Monday thru Friday
• On call shifts on weekends, evenings, and some holidays (Last dispatch by 8pm)
• Overtime is offered by management when available, and may at times be required
• No remote work will be offered with this role.

Essential Job Duties

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, repair, and service of plumbing systems in a residential setting
• Follow direction from jobsite lead
• Complete work in a timely manner while maintaining quality service and craftmanship
• Adhere to Hero safety standards while driving and on jobsites
• Adhere to Hero driving policy
• Maintain company provided vehicle and inventory of parts, fixtures, tools, and shop equipment
• Deliver materials and equipment from warehouse to jobsites on time

Qualifications

• Demonstrates Hero core values at a high level (T.R.U.E.)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving and criminal record
• Must be actively pursuing journeyman licensing
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Must be actively pursuing journeyman licensing
